These contemporary new build, 3 story dwellings, in Old Hunstanton, Norfolk, were constructed, using a variety of innovative materials and systems with both energy efficiency and design in mind. The build had to account for dealing with contaminated land, however, using specially adapted foundations and strict controls in regard to site management, the end result was both beauty and functionality and most importantly - extremely happy customers.
Old Hunstanton is one of Norfolk's most loved towns, with some of the best places to eat, drink and play - with it's vast array of restaurants and pubs, a stunning sandy beach, sand dunes and pretty beach huts, Old Hunstanton also has an excellent 18 hole golf course.

We had the opportunity to purchase a idyllic plot of land overlooking the sea
in Old Hunstanton. The land had planning permission for 2 houses, therefore
we needed to find an investment partner to complete the purchase. Following
research of local building contractors we discovered Grocott and Murfit who
were most welcoming of discussing a joint venture and more importantly had
the passion, vision and inspiration to build our dream house. We had our own
ideas on the build, however Daniel and Jody’s knowledge and guidance made it
a perfect partnership.
